June’s OSC Challenge Inspiration Part Two

It’s the third Monday of the month of June, and we have another round of One Sweet Challenge’s designers’ inspirational art work. Our June theme is “die cuts and/or punches.” You can link your project in the June page above or click here. You have until July 4 to enter. If you use a Sweet Pea Stamps image and you are the winner, you will receive three (3) digital images of your choice. If you win and you do not use a Sweet Pea Stamps image you will receive just one (1) digital image (bummer). Use a Sweet Pea Stamps image!

Now, let’s get on with your second round of June inspiration art from the OSC designers.

Bonnie’s mixed-media piece using Linda Bigg’s digital image Fairy Freak.

Linda’s Steampunk card using The East Wind’s Lucy Loo Voyager.

We hope you check out each OSC designers' blog and learn about their creative process.

Did you know…?

In our Sweet Pea Stamps Facebook group we have a progressive challenge every two weeks. First, we have a call for projects using any Sweet Pea Stamps image that is available in the store. That theme is “anything goes.” Then those entries will receive a digital image FREE of charge, chosen by our leader and SPS store owner Lynette, for Part Two of the progressive challenge. With that FREE digital image you are asked to make a project and enter it in Part Two. Random.org will pick the winner of Part Two. That winner will receive another digital image of the winner’s choice from the SPS store. Even if you don’t enter our progressive challenge, we hope you will stop by for inspiration and share your Sweet Pea Stamps art.

The Sweet Pea Stamps Designers blog showcases Sweet Pea goodness every day. Need a little pick me up for your creative mojo, or sometimes to view a video, stop by, like we said, “every day.” You can also find out the challenge blogs where Sweet Pea Stamps is sponsoring. Here’s another chance to win more SPS goodness.

Thanks for stopping by!

June SPS Challenge with Dies and/or Punches

I hope that everyone had a great weekend and a fantastic May. A good portion of central United States had a very wet May, but I see sunshine coming any day now.

Before I get to our June challenge, I want to announce the winner for our May “Things with Wings” challenge. Thanks so much for everyone’s  support. We had 67 entries, and a lot of you used Sweet Pea Stamps images.

The winner for the May 2015 SPS challenge is Wendy Lynn. Wendy will receive three digital images, of her choice, because she used ching-chou kuik’s Raven Soul for her project. Thanks so much for entering and congratulations! Please email me, Aletha, at ajsdesigns@cox.net for your instructions on receiving your winnings.

Our theme for June is we want to see your projects with “die cuts and/or punches.” Ready for some SPS inspiration? Let’s get started!

 Linda's mixed-media paper doll using
The East Wind’s Punk Will Never Die digital image.

Annie's card using Fairy Cat and Balloons digital image by Molly Harrison.

 Bonnie's mixed-media journal page using
Lemon Shortbread’s Star Wand digital image.

Debbie's card using Lil’ Old Nurse digital image by Sandra Calwell.

Carolyn's card using Katerina Koukiotis’s Sweet Dreams digital image.

Audrey's shaped card using Catalina digital image by Joanne Schempp.

Thanks so much to our amazing designers. Remember the third Monday of June you will see more art work for the June challenge. I also want to remind you that our prizes are three digital images if the winner uses an SPS image, or one digital image if the winner does not use an SPS image. Can you give me one good reason why you would not want to use an SPS image? This challenge will end on July 4. This gives you an extra week to get your creativity going. Please post your entries in the appropriate page above or click here.
